Late Afternoon Games - All Road Teams ✈️

Jets @ Broncos

They're playing the Broncos, what else do you need? How are they an underdog, just a couple points for being on the road? ...in perfect weather today too (ok less oxygen)

Ok objectively these teams are really well matched. Broncos might put it together this year, or at least surprise a few teams and beat them. BUT...the Jets strength of schedule/path to 1-4 has been VERY different:

Jets Broncos

Bills (W) Raiders (L)

Cowboys (L) Commanders (L)

Patriots (L) Dolphins (L)

Chiefs (L) Bears (W)

So Broncos played 1 really good team (Dolphins) and nobody else that's noteworthy yet. Jets went through some of the toughest teams in the league, only big teams they DIDN'T play yet are the Dolphins and Niners. (Patriots aren't great but it was a low scoring 15-10 loss, it happens)

Eagles -3.5

Eagles @ Rams

I don't know what to say about the Rams. They have an ok defense that may keep them in the game for a bit, but nothing else to speak of. They also barely beat the Colts last week, they lost to a very weak and lost Bengals team the week before that...so you go back to week 1 against the Seahawks to find a decent win.

Meanwhile, the Eagles are still the Eagles. They've taken care of business every week to get to 4-0, with no signs of stopping. They look good from just about every angle, except maybe passing yards and 3rd down%. Matt Stafford might be able to string a couple drives together against them, but prob stall in the red zone each time...unless a big play breaks through from outside the red zone first.

I think the Eagles either jump on them early and win it, or slowly and methodically outscore the Rams each quarter.

Chiefs -3.5

Chiefs @ Vikings

This blog is getting long so here goes the brief version:

• Chiefs are better in almost every offensive and defensive category, and at full strength in a dome

• Vikings are junk, they score some points but never win

• Taylor Swift bla bla bla

• Patrick Mahomes.

**I bet each of these games individually AND parlayed them**
