NFL: Thanksgiving Picks!

Just picking Thanksgiving games because...what else am I gonna do with a day off and 3 NFL Games on all day?

*No Double Plays on Thanksgiving*

Game 1: Bears @ Lions

My pick: Bears -3

Quick thoughts:

Lions are 0-9, I'm not about to predict their first win. Bears definitely suck too, but they beat the Lions in early October 24-14 already.

Game 2: Raiders @ Cowboys

My pick: Cowboys -7.5

Quick thoughts:

Cowboys hit a bad skid lately, but the Raiders hit rock bottom. Raiders have been getting crushed by even mediocre teams. Cowboys defense will come up with multiple turnovers, and give the Cowboys sputtering offense a chance to get it back together. Cowboys win by 14 or more.

Game 3: Bills @ Saints

My pick: BIlls -6

Quick thoughts:

This is the toughest one for me on Thanksgiving. This also makes it ALL favorites for my picks on turkey day. 😬 One has to be wrong...right? There's going to be an upset...this might be the game.

Both teams are stumbling but I'm going with the team that is BETTER by far at their core, the Bills. Playing in the Superdome on Thanksgiving is going to be tough for the Bills but I think they step up and show what they're capable of, despite their recent record.
