NFL Week 14

Chiefs, Eagles, Bengals, Niners, Dolphins

Lot of tempting games this week, I rarely pick 5 but love these matchups this week!

• Chiefs (-8.5) over Broncos [double play 🔥🔥]

• Eagles (-7) over Giants

• Bengals (-4) over Browns

• 49ers (-3.5) over Tampa Bay

• Dolphins (-3.5) over Chargers

Yes, they're all favorites. But that's how I view games going into it: "I know who the better team is, so does Vegas, but will they cover?". I rarely can talk myself into an underdog + points. Look at the Texans today, +17 at Cowboys....17 points in the NFL? Insane. Still can't do it. The boys are going to trash the Texans, just a question of which quarter to they take the foot off the gas? Does Houston score a late garbage TD because of that? Etc.

• Chiefs (-8.5) over Broncos [double play 🔥🔥]

What do I need to say? The best team in the league against a team that can't do ANYTHING with the ball? Come on. How is this not -14 or more?

• Eagles (-7) over Giants

Riskiest pick this week, and if I make a parlay out of all these picks I might do another parlay leaving this game out. Giants are hard to predict, they do show up and match the level of the team they're playing each week (even for bad teams) but Eagles are too strong. Giants have more injuries right now too. I think Eagles close this out by 10 or more.

• Bengals (-4) over Browns

Bengals are finding their way this year, but they're still strong. Browns are starting Watson who is playing like its Pre-Season week 2 with all that rust and lack of chemistry with his WRs. I think Bengals win by 17 or more. Watch Browns secondary against Benglas WRs tho.

• 49ers (-3.5) over Tampa Bay

This could be a fun one. Tight point spread for a reason. Tom Brady is still Tom Brady but they haven't faced much competition that looks like the Niners, and Brady is getting too old for their defense. He's going to get punched in the mouth a few times today. Only thing going for the Bucs is the Niners QB situation. They seem to do just fine with any QB so I'm taking them. May change the spread to -3 (shave the .5) just to be safe.

• Dolphins (-3.5) over Chargers

Chargers are so disappointing this year, and the Dolphins are going to eat up this Sunday night spotlight. I'm thinking it's a big party in LA for the Dolphins. I predict Tyreek and Tua put up some numbers on this 20th ranked passing D.

More detailed strategy: they run the ball a good bit against a VERY bad rushing D and whenever they feel like it they play action bomb to Tyreek with no help over the top...at least that's what Tyler would do if this was Madden. :)
