He built this website as a birthday gift to Bill, but he probably gets more out of it than anyone! (he also wrote this bio about himself...weird.)

Bill Vickers lives in Enid, OK with his fiancee Kim. He's the proud grandpa of 4 girls and 1 boy. Bill will gamble on anything, just challenge him. He's the original degenerate in the family. :)
